Rental Terms

Read the main rental terms regarding documents, insurance, deposits, fuel, and car pick-up/drop-off.

The driver must have a valid driving license and meet the minimum age requirements according to the rental agreement.

The client must present a valid driver's license and an ID card or passport.

Pick-up and drop-off is done at Prishtina International Airport - Adem Jashari, unless agreed otherwise with the staff.

A deposit may be required depending on the car, rental period and terms of the agreement.

Basic insurance is included according to the rental terms. Damages, violations or improper use of the car may be treated separately.

The car must be returned with the fuel level agreed at the time of car pick-up.

In case of delay, the client should notify the staff as early as possible. Additional fees may apply.

Reservations can be canceled by contacting the staff. Cancellation terms may depend on the time of cancellation and rental period.

Traveling outside Kosovo is allowed only with prior approval from the company.
